Welcome to Verco Construction. Verco Construction Ltd. is a fully insured and licensed contractor in Vernon, British Columbia. We are registered with BC Housing and carry 2-5-10 warranties with Pacific Home Warranty. 

Verco Construction was created in 2014. Since opening the doors, we have managed, coordinated, built and completed projects in the Okanagan Valley  ranging from residential homes to multifamily and light industrial buildings.

Having a team of trades people willing to go above and beyond keeps our sites moving forward, ensuring timing and budgets are accurate.  Working with locally sourced material and local trades help keep us a part of the community and keep our local economy strong. 

We are able to accommodate a wide range of projects from residential renovations to commercial construction. Having worked as subcontractor to provide site supervision and as general contractor has given Verco Construction the foundation of a well rounded and adaptable company.
